About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABICON) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of its scope of work on assigned EPC projects. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of ABICON's piping, civil, and mechanical construction scope within approved budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements. This role involves comprehensive management of client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution for ABICON's scope, from mobilization through close-out.
• Develop and manage the project execution plan, budget, and master schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Oversee Construction, Quality Control, Planning, Procurement, and HSE functions within the project.
• Chair project progress meetings and report project status to senior management and the client.
• Manage project risks, changes, and claims in coordination with the commercial/contracts team.
• Approve project manpower, equipment, and material mobilization plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and applicable codes/standards.
• Drive cost control and schedule adherence through the project controls team.
• Ensure HSE standards and quality requirements are enforced across all site activities.
• Support tendering and proposal input for future projects as required.
• Manage project close-out, handover, and lessons-learned documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within EPC projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving piping, civil, and mechanical construction.
• Strong understanding of project execution plans, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading project teams and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic construction environment.
