QA Analyst

About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking a QA Analyst on behalf of their client in Al Khobar. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Generative AI-driven applications. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution and automation of both functional and non-functional testing processes.

Role Overview and Scope

The QA Analyst will focus on validating AI models, APIs, and user interfaces to ensure they meet standards for reliability, scalability, and security. The scope of work includes comprehensive end-to-end and integration testing, thorough AI model and data validation, test automation development, API testing, performance testing, and post-deployment verification. This role is central to maintaining high-quality software delivery for advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end and integration testing to validate AI-driven actions and ensure product functionality aligns with specified requirements.
• Validate workflows, user journeys, API interactions, and AI model outputs against defined business logic.
• Conduct UI/UX testing to verify accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across various devices and browsers.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Validate input datasets used for training, testing, and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring data integrity, preprocessing workflows, and real-world alignment of synthetic data.
• Validate data pipelines and data flow between AI models, backend services, and frontend applications.
• Test models against predefined scenarios, including edge cases and adversarial inputs.
• Support performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter.
• Automate test cases for regression and frequent deployments.
• Continuously validate new builds, releases, and updates.
• Track defects, log issues, and verify fixes in collaboration with development teams.
• Monitor production model performance and analyze results for quality improvements.
• Implement test automation for functional and regression testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
• Assist in security and compliance validation, ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of strong hands-on experience in QA and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of AI model validation techniques and data integrity testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in test execution and reporting.
