We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage the collection of payments and assist with financial operations in accordance with our policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports of outstanding payments from various entities and collect them in line with established procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely cash collection and address their inquiries.
- Record collected amounts and keep updated reports while maintaining confidentiality of financial transactions.
- Adhere to all procedural guidelines and policies related to cash collection and maintain organized records.
Work Details:
- Working hours: Morning shift, six days a week
- Location: الخبر, المنطقة الشرقية
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
- Skills in billing, record keeping, customer service, data entry, and financial management
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
