We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee our company’s warehouses in Dammam, KSA. As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure that our storage operations are effective, efficient, and secure while following all necessary protocols.

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee our company’s warehouses in Dammam, KSA. As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure that our storage operations are effective, efficient, and secure while following all necessary protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the company's various warehouses, ensuring organization and adherence to safety measures at all times.
- Ensure items are stored under appropriate conditions.
- Plan and supervise warehouse workflows, including the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Accurately control inventory levels through physical counting and ordering as needed.
- Ensure minimum quantity levels meet needs, and that orders are placed timely while considering delivery times.
- Maintain warehouse records and reports as necessary.
- Assist in conducting inventories and preparing reports on warehouse status.
- Receive and handle all materials in the warehouse.
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
- Update the purchasing manager on delivery statuses and maintain databases for tracking.
- Prepare orders for delivery and directly handle shipping operations.
- Develop systems to maintain warehouse consistency and train staff accordingly.
- Report on operational status regularly as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a similar role within a warehouse/purchasing environment, preferably in a metal fabrication factory.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Physically active.
