We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee our company’s warehouses in Dammam, KSA. As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure that our storage operations are effective, efficient, and secure while following all necessary protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company's various warehouses, ensuring organization and adherence to safety measures at all times.
• Ensure items are stored under appropriate conditions.
• Plan and supervise warehouse workflows, including the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Accurately control inventory levels through physical counting and ordering as needed.
• Ensure minimum quantity levels meet needs, and that orders are placed timely while considering delivery times.
• Maintain warehouse records and reports as necessary.
• Assist in conducting inventories and preparing reports on warehouse status.
• Receive and handle all materials in the warehouse.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
• Update the purchasing manager on delivery statuses and maintain databases for tracking.
• Prepare orders for delivery and directly handle shipping operations.
• Develop systems to maintain warehouse consistency and train staff accordingly.
• Report on operational status regularly as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a similar role within a warehouse/purchasing environment, preferably in a metal fabrication factory.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Physically active.

Job Summary:
In the role of Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial part in maintaining optimal inventory levels across Kitopi warehouses. You will be responsible for data gathering, stock movement tracking, and ensuring kitchen efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment of kitchen orders and maintain stock accuracy.
• Implement best practices for layout, safety, and material handling.
• Manage and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Track warehouse KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 57 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with WMS or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
