Role Summary:
In this role, you will perform documented inspections and testing to verify the conformance of parts/products to relevant regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead pressure testing team, reporting OTP and FPY to supervisor.
• Conduct valve testing after assembly (Hydrostatic shell test, Functional test, Hydrostatic seat test).
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on final products and in-process.
• Ensure product performance as per standard procedure.
• Record test results and sign off for release to the next process.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineers and production for any product failures.
• Comply with SHEA policies and report any hazards.

Your Profile:
You should have:

• A high school diploma or a technical vocational course (2 years).
• 5 years of experience in the valve industry.
• Knowledge of national and international quality standards and laws.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment used in machining and assembly.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive, analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
