Join Future Pipe Industries as a Production Supervisor!We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production lines in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role provides an excellent opportunity to manage a dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the setup, monitoring, and operation of production lines under the department manager's supervision.
- Ensure extrusion lines are correctly set up according to specific job specifications.
- Maintain proper line speed during production runs and ensure cleanliness in machine and production areas.
- Set up other required equipment for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality assurance activities in line with manufacturing and engineering specifications.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Train and assist employees as needed and maintain accurate production records.
- Carry out other duties as required.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma in mechanical, electrical, or polymer engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HDPE pipe manufacturing as an extruder machine operator or team lead.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for products and machinery.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead a team and read/interpret instructions effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Forklift operation skills are a plus.
