Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to manage the front desk of a residential building. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to address building needs.
• Issue and manage keys, access cards, and other security essentials.
• Oversee parking lot operations and ensure smooth management of spaces.
• Manage bookings and usage of the multi-purpose hall.
• Address resident issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the building is clean, orderly, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• 13 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse personalities with patience.
