Accounts Payable

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves supporting the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, contributing to the overall guest experience through efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, identify outstanding items, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Schedule and execute payments to vendors according to agreed terms while supporting cash flow requirements.
• Maintain accounts payable systems and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and audit standards.
• Assist with accruals and invoice tracking to support a timely and accurate financial close process.
• Address vendor and internal inquiries professionally and promptly, escalating issues as necessary.
• Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audit processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in an accounts payable or related financial role.
• Ability to process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records and systems.
