Role Overview: Field Services Manager

GE Vernova is seeking a Field Services Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment at client sites. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The primary mission of this role is to ensure that all field service activities are executed with high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Immediate Priority: SEC Project

Initially, a key objective for this role will be to strengthen the local team specifically to meet the requirements and operational milestones of the SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) project. The Field Services Manager will play a critical role in scaling up local capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and develop a proactive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture across all operational sites.
• Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within a team of field service technicians and engineers.
• Define operational rhythms and manage team performance to ensure project success.
• Ensure the availability of adequate resources in terms of headcount and skill sets, including managing and developing a network of external suppliers to complement internal resources.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Project Managers, Technical Support, and EHS Managers, to achieve global business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.
• Experience in managing resources and supplier networks.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing field activities at various client sites within the region.
