Overview of the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales – Diesel Generators to lead and expand the generator business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a candidate with over 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead the sales and service team and drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government sectors.
Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts.
Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership within the diesel generator industry. This role requires a professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. The ability to manage complex projects and foster strong client relationships is essential.

Required Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role, specifically within the diesel generator sector.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue objectives.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for technical products.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team environment focused on expanding the company's market share in the generator business.
