About the Role

Danube Group is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring profitability within an assigned product portfolio. The role involves direct customer interaction, sales reporting, and active participation in showroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage various customer accounts and actively pursue business development opportunities.
• Meet and strive to exceed established sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, issue order confirmations, and manage customer correspondence via phone, email, and fax for project inquiries.
• Submit sales and collection reports to the Head Office.
• Manage the profitability of the assigned product portfolio.
• Conduct customer visits to identify specific requirements.
• Submit weekly reports to management detailing business contacts, new customers, and sales activities.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments.
• Oversee product and showroom activities.
• Follow up on customer deliveries and repeat orders.
• Undertake any other assignments consistent with the role's portfolio as required.
