Applicantz is seeking a Trainee Advisor for a contract position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role involves supporting senior staff, counselors, faculty, and the Academic Principal in managing academic programs and providing essential assistance to trainees. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Trainee Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for trainees, ensuring their needs are addressed and academic guidelines are followed. This position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency within academic programs and fostering a supportive environment for trainees by handling various administrative and disciplinary tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for trainee requests, managing approximately 200-250 inquiries per intake.
• Process documents related to trainee sick leave and absences.
• Conduct uniform compliance checks to ensure adherence to institutional standards.
• Hold daily meetings with trainees to address absence and performance issues.
• Investigate latecomers and issue class entry slips as required.
• Handle trainee inquiries concerning housing, transport, or employment.
• Investigate reported sickness cases and refer trainees to the clinic when necessary.
• Patrol hallways to ensure trainees attend classes punctually.
• Communicate with parents and companies regarding trainee issues.
• Provide support for classroom management, including addressing behavior issues.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an advisory or administrative support role, preferably within an educational setting. This is a contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to the academic success of trainees.
