F&B Service Expert (Waiter Saudi Nationals Only)

About the Role

Sheraton is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals and focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests beyond basic food service. The position requires individuals who are proactive in delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The F&B Service Expert must ensure a safe workplace at all times. The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. It also requires the ability to read and visually verify information, and to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping are also part of the job duties.
