Project Manager

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and final handover. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and requires a strong background in electrical automation and control systems. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical automation and control systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Oversee the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of electrical control and automation systems.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, automation engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings, control schematics, technical documentation, and project specifications.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper integration of automation technologies, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related control systems, where applicable.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, project requirements, and industry regulations.
• Manage project documentation, commissioning reports, and final handover activities.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical control systems, industrial automation technologies, project coordination, and resource management. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in project management within electrical automation and control systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing projects involving electrical automation and control systems.
• Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related control systems.
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Experience in coordinating with diverse teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industry regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The Project Manager will work within a team environment, collaborating with various engineering disciplines and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
