PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To excite and delight consumers of all ages with brands that matter via Brand Strategy Implementation, Marketing Campaigns, and Key Marketing Programs. You will manage Marketing at the KSA Country Level, optimizing the Marketing Budget and maximizing ROI, while developing actionable insights from business, market, and consumer data. Additionally, you will manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and lead, motivate, engage, and develop your team members.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, Sales or a related field
Experience:
810 years of proven experience in Marketing within the Quick Service Restaurant/Food & Beverage industry. Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex projects are essential.
Region Specific:
Extensive living and working experience in the Middle East; fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous. Position requires regular travel within the region and occasional international travel.

- Brand Strategy Implementation:
Build brand affinity at the market level based on deep understanding of consumer behaviour & latest market trends. Identify key growth pillars and develop annual marketing plans in line with annual operating plans. - Implement Marketing Campaigns and Key Marketing Programs:
Implement Marketing initiatives in line with aligned annual market development plans. Develop communication plans, activations and promotions, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns. - Manage Marketing at a Country Level:
Act as Sales & Operations Planning Brand Leader and manage local marketing budget while assuring pricing windows implementation. - Develop Actionable Insights:
Recommend actions based on analysis of business and market trends, keeping abreast of competitor developments. - Optimize Marketing Budget:
Plan and manage the marketing budget, focusing on maximizing ROI through timely commitments and approvals. - Manage Relations:
Work with different key stakeholders and co-lead agency relationships to tailor content and engagement plans to local customer needs. - Lead, Motivate, Engage & Develop Team Members:
Build a high-performing cross-functional team and ensure effective onboarding and employee engagement.
Education:
