Join Our Team as a Salesperson!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team in the manpower solutions industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you are open to relocation and eager to make an impact, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to offer manpower services, including staffing, recruitment, and workforce management solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client business challenges and propose customized solutions that align with their workforce requirements.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of manpower solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manpowering, staffing, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
