Join our team as an IT Application Support Specialist! This role is crucial for our organization's IT service delivery, aimed at ensuring seamless application usage for our employees.

- Provide user application support and troubleshoot daily issues.
- Implement application updates, testing developments, and enhancements.
- Resolve complex technical problems and assist users with application queries.
- Document issues and solutions, and maintain technical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the application support team to manage service requests.
- Conduct performance analysis of applications, recommending improvements as needed.
- Participate in training users and facilitating systems modifications.
- 3 years of demonstrable experience as an application support engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar fields.
- Advanced knowledge of C++, Javascript, and other programming languages.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Motivated to grow and learn within the organization.
