نحن نبحث عن محاسب متمكن وذو تفاصيل دقيقة لإدارة المعاملات المالية والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة. كجزء من خدمات ساس للأعمال، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان الامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة واللوائح في المملكة العربية السعودية.

مسؤوليات العمل:
  • تسجيل المعاملات المالية والحفاظ على السجلات وفقًا لمبادئ المحاسبة.
  • إعداد البيانات المالية، بما في ذلك الميزانيات العمومية، وبيانات الدخل، وبيانات التدفق النقدي.
  • إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، وضمان المدفوعات والتحصيلات في الوقت المناسب.
  • تسوية كشوف الحسابات البنكية والسجلات المالية لضمان الدقة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات، والتوقعات، والتحليلات المالية.
  • ضمان الامتثال باللوائح المحاسبية والضريبية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • معرفة جيدة بمعايير المحاسبة واللوائح الضريبية الدولية والسعودية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة مثل قيد.
  • مهارات تحليلية والقدرة على إنتاج تقارير مالية دقيقة.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل في فريق.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel.

Join our dynamic finance team at Falak Investment Hub as an Accountant! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily journal entries and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Adhere to the standards set by SOCPA.
  • Assist in preparing tax and zakat reports (including VAT).
  • Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the finance department.
  • Coordinate with other departments for transaction clarification and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Project Department to monitor project-level financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid knowledge of local tax and zakat regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is preferred.
