تسعى شركة تركون للطاقة العربية إلى توظيف مهني متخصص ومؤهل في المحاسبة للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. أعظم أصولنا كانت وستظل دائماً، هم موظفونا! نحن نبحث عن فرد م motivated لتولي وظيفة محاسب بدوام كامل. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن العمليات المالية ووظائف المحاسبة في مكتبنا بالرياض، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم المحاسبي الإقليمي.

المسؤوليات
  • إدارة السجلات المحاسبية، وضمان التوافق مع سياسات الشركة واللوائح الحكومية.
  • إعداد البيانات المالية وإجراء التسويات.
  • إدارة الحسابات المدفوعة والمستحقة.
  • ضمان التوافق مع معايير المحاسبة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • تقديم الدعم الضروري للتقارير المالية لمكتب الرياض.
  • تأكيد وإدخال إيصالات المدفوعات في نظام المحاسبة.
  • متابعة مع العمليات / الخزينة للحسابات الدائنة / المدينة غير المحددة.
  • مراجعة تقارير نفقات الموظفين.
  • الحفاظ على دقة البيانات في نظام ERP وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
  • البحث عن طرق لتحسين العمليات وزيادة الأداء.
  • التنسيق مع مختلف الأقسام لفهم المتطلبات المالية والائتمانية والتوافق.

المؤهلات والخبرة
  • درجة بكاليوس في الاقتصاد/ المحاسبة أو مجال الأعمال ذات الصلة أو خبرة معادلة.
  • حد أدنى 3 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في المحاسبة.
  • إجادة في مايكروسوفت إكسل.
  • تجربة مع نظام ERP (مثل JD Edwards، SAP).
  • معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارات اتصال قوية والقدرة على العمل عبر ثقافات مختلفة.

Join our dynamic finance team at Falak Investment Hub as an Accountant! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily journal entries and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Adhere to the standards set by SOCPA.
  • Assist in preparing tax and zakat reports (including VAT).
  • Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the finance department.
  • Coordinate with other departments for transaction clarification and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Project Department to monitor project-level financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid knowledge of local tax and zakat regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is preferred.
