Job Overview: The Production Supervisor will lead a team within a production unit to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into complete products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
Education and Certification: Diploma degree is a minimum requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing/assembly team performance management.
- Ensuring that production scheduling and plans meet volume requirements.
- Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.
- Identifying deficiencies and proposing improvement activities.
- Overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Compiling reports about production for management updates.
- Improving HSE culture on the shop-floor.
- Documenting regulatory compliance.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
- 10 years in switchgear production, manpower planning, shop floor management, HSE.
- Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Education and Certification: Diploma degree is a minimum requirement.
