About the Role

Labayh | لبيه is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in design and internal communications. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for combining administrative project coordination with visual identity development and communication message crafting to ensure high-quality outputs and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: Monitor daily project activities, prepare operational plans, identify challenges and propose solutions, and support team members with various tasks.
• Design and Visual Identity: Prepare visual and marketing materials for the project in accordance with brand guidelines, and produce short videos to document activities and events.
• Presentations and Reports: Develop and design professional and interactive PowerPoint presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Internal Communication: Prepare and manage internal communication messages, newsletters, and awareness campaigns for work teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Programs and Events: Provide technical and design support for all project-related events and workshops.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media and Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of practical experience in project coordination, graphic design, and corporate communication.
• Technical Skills: Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint.
• Professional Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications specialized in Adobe programs or corporate communication.
