Position: Human Resource Specialist
Join Abbott Laboratories as a Human Resource Specialist where you will report to the Human Resource Director Saudi Arabia. In this role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will provide comprehensive HR support across various divisions.
Primary Objective:
To deliver HR support including onboarding, payroll, HR benefit administration, performance management, and compliance with labor law while serving as a bridge between employees and management.

To deliver HR support including onboarding, payroll, HR benefit administration, performance management, and compliance with labor law while serving as a bridge between employees and management.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding processes, including communication with new hires and conducting HR Inductions.
- Administer Payroll, Employee Benefits, Service Awards, Medical and Life Insurance, and Annual Leave.
- Collaborate with HR Practice Center on business needs related to compensation, talent acquisition, and development.
- Support the Talent and Organization Team on training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee e-files.
- Oversee Wellbeing and Mental Wellness Program.
- Address employee-employer relationship issues, handling complaints, grievances, and performance concerns.
- Assist in creating and revising HR Policies and Employee Handbook.
- Coordinate HR engagement events.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and End of Service calculations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in healthcare or FMCG industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
