Role Overview

Apple is seeking an Apple Channel Store Advisor for an internship position in Riyadh or Al-Kharj. This role involves taking a lead in supporting the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop located within a partner reseller store. The Advisor will act as a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, working to grow Apple's business in a multi-branded retail environment. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and foster customer relationships with the brand.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Apple products directly to customers, collaborate with partners, and facilitate new product ownership.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase awareness for both new and existing customers.
• Maintain current knowledge of technology and initiatives that impact the customer journey.
• Ensure all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store meet Apple's standards and are up to date.
• Conduct daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Educate customers through individual and group product demonstrations, share current sales promotions, and encourage adoption of the Apple platform.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is based on business needs and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. This includes working evenings and weekends.
