About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Junior Architect – Fresh Graduate to join our architectural team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a recent Architecture graduate with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in construction and fit-out projects.

Opportunity for Professional Development

This role provides a foundational experience for an emerging architect. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced architects and project professionals, contributing to various stages of architectural projects and developing essential skills within a professional construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
Support Senior Architects in design development and project documentation processes.
Prepare and update drawings using relevant architectural software.
Assist with the preparation of material schedules, specifications, presentations, and technical submissions.
Participate in site visits and inspections as required for project progression.
Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples.
Support the preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), as-built drawings, and other project documentation.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and approvals.
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Adhere to project quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, and company procedures.
Support the team with additional architectural and project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Recent graduate in Architecture with 0-1 years of professional experience.
Internship or academic project experience is considered an advantage.
