UNINNCO is seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role is central to developing and refining architectural concepts and designs across various construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory codes, and company quality standards.

Role Purpose

The Architect will be responsible for translating project visions into detailed architectural plans and documentation. This involves a collaborative approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design solutions effectively and provide expert guidance throughout the project execution phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive drawings and technical documentation for architectural designs.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering and construction teams to ensure design integrity.
• Support the seamless integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical solutions into overall architectural designs.
• Actively participate in design reviews to refine concepts and address feedback.
• Provide essential design guidance and support during the project execution phase.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve design challenges and optimize functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in creating detailed plans and construction-ready documentation.
• Proven ability to align design solutions with technical, structural, and systems requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Experience in both residential and commercial architectural projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Professional registration or progress toward licensure is preferred.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software, including but not limited to AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations relevant to Saudi Arabia.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting design concepts, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site coordination abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring consistent presence to facilitate close collaboration and project oversight.
