About the Role: Business Manager, Biosurgery

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Business Manager, Biosurgery to join its team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The Business Manager is responsible for leading the commercial performance of the assigned Biosurgery business by developing and executing strategic business plans, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales, market share, profitability, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute business and account strategies aligned with company priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Build strategic relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting, business planning, pricing, portfolio optimization, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Regulatory teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Johnson & Johnson Credo, Health Care Compliance policies, and local regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 7–10+ years of commercial experience within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Proven leadership experience with strong strategic and financial acumen.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to be a customer-focused, results-driven leader.
• Possesses strategic vision combined with operational excellence.
• Proven capability to develop talent and drive sustainable growth.
