About the Role

Keeta is seeking a Category Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on managing the procurement lifecycle for designated categories, with an emphasis on strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Role Overview

The Category Procurement Manager will oversee the complete procurement process for specific categories, including marketing-related procurement. This role involves developing and optimizing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiency to support business growth and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for designated marketing categories, including demand consolidation, sourcing, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and delivery management.
• Support cross-border and international procurement requirements.
• Lead supplier development, evaluation, KPI-setting, and performance management initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term, high-quality supplier relationships while continuously optimizing the supplier base to ensure service quality and on-time delivery.
• Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes; proactively adjust procurement strategies and supplier resources in response to market shifts.
• Develop and refine category management frameworks; explore procurement models and processes that better serve evolving business needs.
• Drive business growth through actionable recommendations derived from procurement insights.
• Implement cost control and optimization strategies through negotiation, contract management, and process improvement to reduce procurement spend and increase efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in procurement. Key qualifications and attributes include:

• Prior experience in marketing-related procurement is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of internet industry procurement dynamics and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends with solid business acumen.
• Proficiency in procurement processes, commercial knowledge, and supplier management.
• Demonstrated hands-on negotiation experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• High professional integrity, characterized by honesty, principled conduct, and commitment to ethical standards; ability to handle pressure with patience and resilience.
• Sharp market instincts and business sensitivity; ability to accurately assess market demand and identify appropriate supplier resources.
• Proven ability to resolve procurement challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with and practical application of AI tools is a plus.
