Four Points by Sheraton, a Marriott brand, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to promoting the brand image and enhancing guest experiences within the property and the wider market.

Role Summary: Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting the brand image both on and off the property. This involves utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue, maintaining existing customer loyalty to Marriott, and recognizing opportunities to upsell services and enhancements to create a superior Marriott experience or event.

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage customers or contacts to purchase packages or book sales visits.
• Explain the details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for packages and sales visits before scheduling property tours.
• Determine and provide gifts to customers to thank them for their patronage.
• Answer customer questions about property facilities and services.
• Receive, record, and transmit accurate, complete, and legible messages.
• Welcome and greet all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer the phone using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive and constructive professional relationships with peers, fostering collaboration towards common goals.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior related work experience is required for this entry-level position (0-1 years experience).
• No supervisory experience, license, or certification is necessary.

Professional Conduct and Physical Demands

• Maintain a clean and complete work uniform, ensuring a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Respect confidentiality in the dissemination of banner and/or hotel-specific information, and protect all company property.
• Use clear and courteous language in all communications.
• Ability to work standing, sitting, and moving for long periods of time.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
