About the Role

An opportunity is available for a Cyber Security Product Senior Manager to join a premier, market-leading cybersecurity and digital transformation entity in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves shaping the organization's cybersecurity product and services portfolio.

Strategic Portfolio Management

Reporting within the Strategy division, the Senior Manager – Cyber Security Offering Management will define, execute, and optimize the organization’s complete Cyber Security product portfolio strategy. This role serves as a strategic link between market demand and internal capabilities, driving the full service and product lifecycle from ideation and pricing to Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement and continuous performance enhancement.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor benchmarking to establish optimal pricing models, service tiering, and coverage strategies for the product portfolio.
• Govern the product lifecycle by tracking adoption rates, performance metrics, P&L, and lifecycle stages for each standardized offering to maximize profitability and market fit.
• Continuously monitor local regulatory releases, such as NCA frameworks, to ensure all security offerings meet evolving compliance standards.
• Create, maintain, and publish high-quality sales enablement kits, including datasheets, competitive battlecards, client-ready proposal templates, and executive pitch decks.
• Collaborate with engineering, pre-sales, and commercial teams to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling commercial products, while also delivering structured enablement training.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity product management or offering management roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining and executing product strategies within the cybersecurity or digital transformation sectors.
