About the Role

Qiam Valuation is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and support human resources operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with comprehensive HR expertise to manage the full spectrum of HR functions within the company.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across the entire HR function, from recruitment and selection to ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The role involves active engagement with government HR platforms and supporting various HR initiatives to maintain efficient and compliant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, covering sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including the management of employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
• Handle government platforms and portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Design, implement, and monitor performance evaluation cycles and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on employee training and development programs.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal work regulations.
• Support policy development, employee relations, and HR reporting to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for candidates who have held a supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant government HR platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem).
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and training coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems/HRIS and MS Office applications.
