About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Riyadh, is seeking a Hotel Manager to join its Executive Committee. This full-time role involves leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel, which is currently in its pre-opening phase. The Hotel Manager will serve as the strategic operational leader, acting as the General Manager's key partner and representative in their absence. This position is based in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context

The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah aims to establish a new standard for luxury hospitality by blending heritage, architecture, and contemporary sophistication. As a member of the Executive Committee, the Hotel Manager will translate the hotel's vision into execution, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and commercial performance are consistently achieved. The role focuses on delivering the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Security, Recreation, Retail, and Events.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy to create guest experiences.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the property's business goals, luxury positioning, and brand standards.
• Drive commercial performance through effective management of revenue, profit margins, productivity, labor costs, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced guest satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of engagement and accountability by coaching and developing Executive Committee members and departmental leaders.
• Maintain relationships with ownership representatives and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all operational, quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex hotel operations with multiple departments and diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving profitability while maintaining luxury standards.
