IT Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Officer

About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced IT Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires strong hands-on experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, particularly within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of IT Governance Frameworks, SAMA regulations, ISO standards, risk management, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and restructuring of IT Governance Frameworks (ITGF).
• Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, control testing, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain risk registers, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), mitigation plans, and audit action trackers.
• Ensure alignment with SAMA regulations, ISO 27001/ISO 22301, and banking requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and track remediation actions through closure.
• Conduct third-party/vendor risk and compliance assessments.
• Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, GRC, Operations, business stakeholders, and auditors.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Strong experience in the banking or financial services sector, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience in IT Governance Framework (ITGF) development or restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and banking compliance requirements.
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001 / ISO 22301 standards.
• Experience with risk registers, KRIs, control testing, audits, and remediation tracking.
