BytePlus, a business unit of ByteDance, focuses on providing leading technology solutions to global enterprise customers. This unit leverages ByteDance's intelligent technologies to develop innovative products and solutions. The MEA Regional Partnership Manager for BytePlus will contribute to this mission by helping enterprise customers build future-focused solutions. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to increase the adoption of AI image and video solutions.
• Identify, recruit, and enable new partners, including agencies, System Integrators (SIs), media firms, and cloud providers, ensuring they are prepared to sell BytePlus solutions.
• Lead co-selling initiatives with partners for enterprise and public-sector accounts, establishing new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
• Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable and cost-effective alternative to traditional video production, aiming to innovate existing industry workflows.
• Assume accountability for pipeline creation and revenue growth, maintaining a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new market channels.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Experience in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI image and video solutions or related technologies is beneficial.
