About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, is seeking a Marketplace Coordination professional. This full-time role involves supporting the management and execution of various marketplace activities, marketing awards, and customer happiness initiatives. The position also focuses on process development within a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketplace meetings and coordinate activities across various teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of action items.
• Manage and execute marketing awards, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
• Coordinate customer happiness initiatives and ensure all requirements are met on schedule.
• Prepare and coordinate necessary materials, timelines, and operational activities.
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for marketplace operations.
• Monitor process execution and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketplace operations and processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in the smooth execution of marketplace initiatives.

Required Skills and Attributes

Qualifications
