The Role of Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Specialist

Reef Group is seeking an Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Specialist to support the development and refinement of organizational structures and workforce plans throughout the Group. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on analyzing organizational needs, workforce requirements, and structural effectiveness to ensure alignment with the Group’s overarching strategy and business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and update organizational structures across the Group.
• Analyze existing structures to identify gaps, overlaps, duplication, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review proposals for creating, modifying, or merging departments, sections, and positions.
• Analyze spans of control and organizational layers.
• Maintain organizational charts, job titles, reporting lines, and related workforce data.
• Prepare workforce plans and analyze current and future manpower requirements.
• Analyze headcount, vacancies, and workforce gaps.
• Review requests for new positions, job titles, and organizational changes, providing informed recommendations.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards related to organizational structures and workforce planning.
• Support restructuring projects, workload analysis, and the implementation of approved organizational changes.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or a closely related field. A proven track record in analyzing organizational needs and structural effectiveness is essential.
