About the Role

Tamam is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead software quality assurance activities. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality applications across various platforms, including lending, payments, integrations, and operational systems. The specialist will focus on QA strategy, test automation, release quality, defect management, and quality governance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, test cases, and release validation processes.
Manage functional, integration, regression, user acceptance (UAT), performance, and automation testing.
Ensure software quality across lending workflows, payment systems, integrations, operational portals, and financial platforms.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and API testing practices.
Collaborate with development, business, product, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure quality delivery.
Track defects, root causes, testing metrics, and release readiness.
Support CI/CD pipelines and implement quality gates for automated deployments.
Mentor QA engineers and enforce testing standards, documentation, and best practices.
Support production validation, incident analysis, and post-release quality assurance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing, as well as API testing. Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years is required for this position. Exposure to FinTech, lending, payments, or transaction-intensive systems is also beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams, including development, business, product, DevOps, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality delivery.
