About MOZN and the Revenue Operations Analyst Role

MOZN is an Enterprise AI company that enables organizations to make informed decisions in Financial Crime Prevention and Enterprise Knowledge Intelligence. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, specifically focusing on Deal Desk Processes. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive operational excellence across the entire deal lifecycle. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure that deals are structured effectively, priced accurately, and executed efficiently. This ensures alignment with company policies and revenue goals, ultimately enabling the commercial unit to close deals faster and with higher quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms.
• Draft, update, and manage customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals.
• Act as a point of contact for the commercial team for customer requests related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity.
• Review and approve non-standard deal requests while ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance, risk mitigation, and proper revenue treatment.
• Support Commercial leadership initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes and improve pricing governance.
• Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems and generate insights to improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.
• Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity.
• Manage internal approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, or special terms.

Required Experience and Capabilities

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated balance of analytical skills, process discipline, and business acumen.

Work Environment and Candidate Focus

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In line with Saudization requirements, MOZN is currently prioritizing Saudi national candidates for this role.
