We are seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to join our team in Riyadh.

The Revenue Operations Intern Role

This internship is an analytical and hands-on role focused on supporting the systems and processes that drive revenue growth throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, retention, and expansion. The intern will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and RevOps teams, transforming raw commercial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards that report on pipeline, conversion, merchant onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Pull, clean, and structure data from the CRM and other tools, and transform it into clear, accurate summaries for the team.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring numbers are consistent, timely, and easy to understand.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, sharing findings with the RevOps team.
• Assist in documenting and improving go-to-market processes, playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Business Development and Account Management.
• Support lead allocation, routing, and pipeline hygiene, flagging gaps and inconsistencies as they arise.
• Assist with recurring operational tasks and one-off projects that ensure the smooth operation of commercial teams.
• Help maintain CRM data cleanliness and reliability through regular audits, updates, and quality checks.
• Support the rollout and adoption of tools and workflows across the commercial teams.
• Learn how the revenue tech stack integrates and contribute ideas for optimization.
• Identify repetitive, manual tasks that could be automated or streamlined, and prototype solutions using spreadsheets, scripts, or AI tools.
• Apply an experimental mindset to test new AI-powered methods for accelerating reporting, analysis, and daily operations, sharing effective approaches with the team.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong affinity for working with numbers, demonstrates fluency in spreadsheet applications, and is motivated by finding smarter, faster ways to accomplish tasks, including leveraging AI. This is an internship position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
