About the Role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP HC/SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Role Context and Objectives

The consultant will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to streamline critical workforce management functions. This includes talent management, recruitment, performance management, learning, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements, translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules based on defined business needs.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state HR processes and system capabilities.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across various HR functions.
• Configure and optimize processes related to employee lifecycle, organizational management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management.
• Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend SAP best-practice solutions to address business challenges.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
• Lead testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, data validation, and system deployment activities.
• Develop comprehensive user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Strong understanding of core HR and talent management processes.
• Experience in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working effectively with global HR teams and business stakeholders.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to critical HCM initiatives within a dynamic environment.
