Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Contract Services Team in Riyadh, Middle Oraija Dist, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to the team's services in Contract Development, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution, and Claims Management across the region.

Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will provide claims and dispute management advice to clients, leveraging strong experience from a consultancy or contractor background. The role requires a commercial understanding and a results-oriented approach to support the growth of the Contract Services division and its Subject Matter Experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver services in Contract Development, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution, and Claims Management.
• Provide claims and dispute management advice to clients.
• Support Subject Matter Experts within the region.
• Contribute to the growth of the Contract Services division.
• Prepare and support major bid proposals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a consultancy or contractor organization.
• Background in quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering, and/or law.
• Experience across various construction sectors and project types.
• Strong contract administration experience.
• Strong commercial management experience on major projects.
• Proficiency with FIDIC and other standard form contracts, including relevant processes and procedures.
• Experience in compiling claim reports.
• Experience with arbitration and/or litigation processes.
• Experience in performance forensics, from either a quantum or delay background.
• Experience in providing consultancy services on live contracts and projects in distress is an advantage.
