About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Manager for its Roads Program. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing stakeholder engagement for the Roads Program, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and operational goals within one of the world's largest entertainment destinations.

Role Context

The Senior Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for navigating stakeholder relations with strategic insight for the Roads Program. This position requires a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and project partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to various stakeholders involved in the Roads Program.
• Lead the creation of communication materials, including reports and presentations, to articulate program progress, impacts, and value.
• Identify and mitigate potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation, addressing stakeholder concerns effectively.
• Track stakeholder engagement activities, measure satisfaction, and report outcomes to senior management to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of stakeholder engagement excellence.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and stakeholder sentiments to inform engagement strategies and align with best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
