Elite Consultancy Company is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires an experienced professional with strong expertise in software development and technical team leadership. The Technical Manager will oversee the development of websites, applications, and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the software development team.
• Oversee the development of websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Develop technical strategies, project plans, and timelines.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Review source code and maintain high coding standards.
• Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Supervise databases, system architecture, and technical infrastructure.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project management teams.
• Prepare technical reports and present updates to executive management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in software development and technical team leadership.
• Proven expertise in overseeing the development of digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of coding standards, system architecture, and technical infrastructure.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in Riyadh.
