Service Engineer

About the Role

Holystar Arabia is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear and related electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MV switchgear and electrical products.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and replacement of switchgear components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Ensure all service activities comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare technical service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers at project sites.
• Maintain testing tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in switchgear installation, testing, commissioning, and field service activities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Technical knowledge of protection relays, control panels, IEC 61850, and SCADA systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires the ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within Saudi Arabia to perform service activities. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time engagement.
