The Role of Specialist - Land Cost and Valuation

We are seeking a Specialist – Land Cost & Valuation to join our Master Development Unit Financing team. This role is central to supporting the development and enhancement of the land cost model for Qiddiya city, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Specialist will contribute to detailed land cost allocation work, gaining exposure to the masterplanning process, subdivision, land servicing, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the land cost model for citywide and district-level analysis.
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and validating input from multiple business units and technical stakeholders.
• Support land cost allocation across districts, plots, and development phases using defined methodologies.
• Prepare analytical outputs to support land development and financing decisions.
• Track assumptions, dependencies, and data gaps across workstreams.
• Support the Land Cost & Valuation team with day-to-day requirements, including preparing presentations, analysis packs, and reporting materials.
• Support scenario testing analysis for land development and financing decisions.
• Proactively identify issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in datasets or processes.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in finance, real estate development, or infrastructure is preferred.

• Ability to learn technical concepts and adapt to multidisciplinary workflows.

Internal Collaboration and Impact

The Specialist will build strong working relationships with various internal functions and stakeholders. This includes master development district teams, cost planning, implementation, and the wider MDU Financing team. The role contributes significantly to land commercial analysis and the overarching masterplanning process.
