Opportunity Overview

SGS is seeking a qualified Structural Design Engineer "Civil" to join its professional team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a globally recognized organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for various projects.
• Prepare and review structural drawings and Revit models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural aspects into overall engineering designs.
• Provide essential technical support during construction phases, including proactive resolution of site issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct thorough structural inspections and assessments at different stages of project development.
• Stay continuously updated with advancements in structural engineering practices and software tools.
• Execute tasks assigned by the line manager that are directly related to the scope of work and project requirements.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for all structural components.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in structural design engineering. This experience should demonstrate a strong capability in the responsibilities outlined above, coupled with a commitment to engineering excellence.
