About the Talent Acquisition Internship

Lendo (ليندو) is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join its Human Capital team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship is specifically open to Saudi Nationals looking to gain practical experience in the field of talent acquisition and broader human capital functions.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, gaining hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle. The role also involves supporting wider Human Capital initiatives, including Learning & Development, employee engagement, and other people-related projects as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Support talent mapping efforts and build candidate longlists for open positions.
• Conduct candidate screening calls to assess suitability against role requirements.
• Prepare clear and professional candidate presentations for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidate information and recruitment pipelines updated within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment reporting, market research, and other Talent Acquisition projects.
• Assist with wider Human Capital initiatives, including Learning & Development and employee engagement.
