About the Opportunity

NHC Innovation is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collection Sr. Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the company's accounts receivable operations, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency within the organization.

Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Collection Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable. This includes developing and implementing robust billing and collection frameworks, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, and continuously monitoring receivables performance. A key focus of this position is to enhance financial controls to support NHC Innovation's strategic objectives, ensuring timely collections, regulatory compliance, and effective working capital management across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive accounts receivable operations.
• Implement and refine billing and collection frameworks to optimize processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of invoice processing.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable performance metrics.
• Enhance and maintain strong financial controls within the accounts receivable function.

Required Experience

Candidates for this senior management role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and collections management. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record in implementing financial controls and managing collection processes effectively.
