The Role: Ambulatory Care Representative I

We are seeking an Ambulatory Care Representative I to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience within the clinic setting. The representative will manage patient reception, registration, and appointment processes, serving as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and greet patients, employees, and visitors upon their arrival at the clinic.
• Register and confirm patient visits using the computer system, initiating necessary actions for patient check-in.
• Obtain essential information from callers and direct their inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Process walk-in patients and take required actions to facilitate their care.
• Retrieve patient information from the system as needed for various tasks.
• Coordinate medication refills, schedule appointments, and manage chart orders.
• Receive and confirm appointment requests directly from patients or via the queue system.
• Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure patient appointments, such as X-rays or endoscopies, are scheduled in close proximity.
• Answer inquiries from patients and their families, provide assistance, and direct them to other services like Pharmacy, Laboratory, or Social Services.
• Participate in the orientation of new employees when required.
• Adhere to all hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Engage in personal and team education, training, and development activities as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Ambulatory Care Representative I position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
