About Savor Bakery

Savor Bakery is an artisan bakery specializing in high-quality ingredients, fresh in-house production, artisan breads, pastries, and desserts. The company is expanding its modern breakfast and brunch offerings in Riyadh.

The Role

Savor Bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast & Brunch Chef to join its culinary team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a chef with strong hands-on experience in modern breakfast and brunch concepts, capable of delivering consistent quality, presentation, and speed during service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both hot and cold kitchen operations, with a particular focus on breakfast dishes, eggs, sandwiches, sauces, salads, and appetizers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute a range of modern breakfast and brunch dishes.
Demonstrate proficiency in various egg preparations and breakfast dishes.
Prepare sandwiches using fresh in-house baked breads, including sourdough and ciabatta.
Create high-quality sauces, spreads, dressings, fillings, and accompaniments from scratch.
Prepare creative salads, appetizers, and both hot and cold dishes.
Actively participate in new menu development, recipe creation, testing, and standardization.
Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, portioning, and consistency.
Work efficiently and maintain speed and quality during busy service periods.
Adhere to standardized recipes and manage food cost, portions, and waste effectively.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, storage, and kitchen organization.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an Arabic-speaking chef with a passion for food, creativity, and discipline. They should be eager to contribute to the development and growth of Savor Bakery's breakfast and brunch menu.
